Getting to know Springbrook
Springbrook is the heart of Alcoa’s original company-town plan — the neighborhood laid out in the 1910s-20s around Springbrook Park, whose mature trees, pool, and walking paths still anchor daily life a century later.
The streets around the park carry the city’s most established housing — mid-century and earlier homes under old canopy — while the location keeps everything close: Alcoa’s schools, the US-129 corridor’s shopping, the airport, and Maryville’s downtown a few minutes south.
