No cost for agents (or clients) on the platform at launch. As the platform grows, participating agents move to a revenue-share model — you’ll know before anything changes.
Simple and standard: 25% on referred closings, residential or commercial. The referral agreement is generated automatically and signed electronically — no paperwork chase.
The biggest pain in referrals is silence. Our system emails the moment a referral’s status changes, and receiving agents keep status current in one click. That promise runs both ways.
How it works
- You join and tell us your market, firm and broker details.
- When an AI-qualified buyer matches your market, you get the referral offer by email.
- Accept, add your broker’s information, and the customized referral document is generated for e-signature automatically.
- Update status as things progress — the system handles the alerts.
- Clients can also attach you as their agent on their profile, so you stay engaged with everything they’re reviewing.
