Sequoyah Hills

One of the Southeast’s largest suburban retail districts along Parkside Drive at Lovell Road (I-40/I-75), anchoring West Knoxville’s big-box, restaurant and healthcare growth.
Cedar Bluff
A dense West Knoxville office and services node around Cedar Bluff Road between Kingston Pike and I-40, with concentrated professional, medical and back-office space.
