The splits shown on our maps are not set in stone so other splits will be entertained if they do not detract from the remaining acreage. There is approximately 50 acres of gently sloped land of which approximately 19 acres is 25 -year-old thinned planted pine. Another ±17 acres is 18 year old planted pine. This area could be converted into farm/pasture after a sale and harvest of the planted pine. The balance of the tract is sloped natural mature hardwood. This tract has excellent views on the top of the ridge by Buckridge Road.
