Getting to know Fox Den

Fox Den is Farragut’s original golf-course neighborhood — built around the Fox Den Country Club course beginning in the early 1970s, before the town itself incorporated. Five decades on, that head start shows in the best way: mature trees, established landscaping, and traditional and colonial homes with the course threading between the streets.

Residents get Farragut’s town services and parks, with the Kingston Pike corridor and Turkey Creek district a few minutes away for shopping and dining, and interstate access at Campbell Station or Lovell Road.

Live MLS listings are presented by Shawn Wilmoth, United Real Estate Solutions — an East Tennessee REALTORS® Participant — and each one carries its listing-office attribution, as the MLS rules require. If none are showing here, none matched this area just now.

You can also describe what you want — the system drafts a shortlist from what you said, and Shawn reviews it before it reaches you. Or just ask him what is actually available here, including the listings that never make it to a portal.
